It maintains close links with an extensive network of Law Offices in Europe and the U.S.A. and is also a member of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce, the Hellenic-Russian Chamber of Commerce and the Hellenic-British Chamber of Commerce. Working languages are Greek and English. The office can also handle clients speaking French, Italian, Spanish and German.
Lefteris is an Attorney-at-law, admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 1974, qualified to represent clients to the Supreme Court and is the founder of the office. He is a graduate of the National and Capodistrian University of Athens.
Lefteris’s focus is on civil and commercial litigation, but also having served as the legal counsel in numerous industrial, commercial and investment companies, his knowledge extends to various fields of law ranging from property contracts, to commercial leases, investments and corporate law.
He is a long-standing member of the Board of Directors of pharmaceutical, commercial and real estate companies.
Clients benefit from his 40-year experience and his true insight of the Greek legal system but also from his ability to interpret their needs and offer solid solutions in complex situations.

Marcel is an Attorney-at-law, admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 2008.
He possesses a wealth of experience from the London residential and commercial market as he has been profoundly involved in the real estate investments industry through his work as an advisor for leading real estate offices in London, between 2003 and 2006.
He has studied in the UK (Essex) and holds an LLM in European and International Business Law
His main areas of expertise are corporate law, contracts, leases, structuring, and real estate/property law and he advises a variety of local and foreign legal entities conducting business in Greece.
He is an accredited mediator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a mediators’ trainer from Centre of Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
Among other, he holds the positions of the deputy treasurer of the Hellenic Union of Mediators, member of the YL European Steering Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the national representative of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and a member of Young Entrepreneurs Greece.
Marcel has published several articles about legal issues, real estate, mediation, and politics, in Greek and international periodicals.
On the context of charity, Marcel is an avid volunteer for some of Greece’s most renowned charitable organisations.
He is fluent in English, French and Italian and has basic communicational skills in Spanish.

John is a qualified accountant and acting CFO of a major multinational’s branch in Greece. His professional life commenced as early as 1977 with bookkeeping for several companies while still studying economics and accounting at the University of Piraeus.
His fields of expertise include financial management, tax advice, company restructuring and business planning. John joined Cremer & Partners in 2010 and his contribution has been instrumental in building a strong advisory to complement the office’s legal practice.
He is fluent in English.
Maria is a notary public, admitted to the Athens Notary Association in 2000. Prior to that, she practised as an independent lawyer for 9 years with a focus in civil and commercial law.
Due to her 13 years of practice, she possesses a wealth of experience over all matters regarding company formations, property contracts, powers of attorney, public wills and inheritance donations. She works equally close with the office’s private client team as well as the corporate division.
Maria holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the National and Capodistrian University of Athens.
She is fluent in English and German.
